Our Process

When you decide to build with Trade Mark Homes, we first learn about your vision for your dream home and what is most important to you. One area we tend to focus on is your lifestyle, this allows us to truly get to know your ideas and the rooms in your future home that are the most important to you.

During each phase of construction, we provide insight and knowledge throughout each and every step: from the foundation to the finishing touches.

About

The first step in building your new home begins with you. At this time we schedule an initial consultation where we learn about who you are, your lifestyle, and your vision for your new home. This is our favorite step, and this deep understanding allows us to work for you in the best possible way. We will also discuss your budget so we can discuss the best options.

Development

After our initial consultation, our in-house architect will start on your design. At this stage, you can take a plan we have previously built and tweak it to be your own, or you can start from scratch. This phase gives you the opportunity to think about the room and space most important to you.

Our second phase of development truly allows you to see your dream home in a new light; the design finishes. This is the phase where you can harmonize your ideas to create a perfectly finished farmhouse or a contemporary property with clean lines and modern touches.

Items from wood flooring and tile placement, to countertop ideas and backsplash; it’s all up to you.

Pre-Construction Meeting

Before we break ground, you will have a pre-construction meeting with our experienced project manager. He will be your guide and go-to during construction.

Electrical Walk Through

After your slab is poured and framing goes up, you will walk through with our skilled plumber and electrical guides to make sure any idea you have is implemented as you envision it.

Trim Walk Through

After sheetrock is hung, we will walk you through with our trim carpenter to finalize any trim work, closets, shelving, and crown molding.

Closing Day

Closing on your home is such an exciting day! All those decisions you made along the way have come to life to make your perfect home! Our commitment doesn’t end when you get the keys. Your home will be covered under our builder’s warranty for the first year. If you have any issues, we’ve got you covered.
